No, I did build this. When I was at university it would have been much more impressive to say I got a computer to build this website for me. Look at the holograohic effects! Look at the parallax effect as you scroll! Don't you love the random sparkles!
Because it would have been a lot more work to get a computer to assemble these pieces, let alone decide what pieces to use, or judge suitability and write the website copy.
Today I am more impressed by a nice minimal HTML, CSS, JS website, with a bit of progressive enhancement, which is human-built.
From spending some good hours on stack overflow, to reading through JS docs to make a sheep walk across my screen (if you can't see it... let's just say thats the 'progressive enhancement' at play!).
